Super Klean
MEETING TODAY’S CHALLENGES
Providing energy, water, and cost saving solutions
As we all know, companies such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, and ConAgra, (just to name a few), require washdown equipment in their facilities to maintain a sanitary environment while facing challenges such as meeting FDA/USDA regulations, reducing operating costs (energy and water consumption) and becoming environmentally friendly facilities. SuperKlean has met the challenges posed above as well as doing our part to reduce the impact on our environment with the introduction of high quality steam & cold water mixers, hot & cold water mixers, hoses and ergonomically designed water saver nozzles and ball type swivel adapters.
Based in California, USA, our manufacturing facilities are all ISO 9001:2000 Certified and our products are used by some of the biggest names in the industry such as Coca Cola, Nestle Foods, Campbell Soups, Mobil, Chevron, Pfizer, Heinz Foods, Tetrapak, Proctor & Gamble and General Mills just to name a few. We sell to more than 50 countries worldwide.
Producing instantaneous hot water economically to meet FDA/USDA requirements
The unique design of our Duramix 8000 steam & cold water mixing station provides instantaneous hot water economically and safely by blending steam and cold water to the required set temperatures ideal for washdown purposes in any food processing, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum or any manufacturing plant where steam is available and washdown capability is essential.
Environmentally friendly facility
Our Duramix 8000 steam & cold water mixing station was specifically designed with dual outlets. Strategically positioned, one at the bottom for a hose and nozzle and one on top for hard pipe installation, our dual outlet design gives the user the ability to feed two different sources with one mixing unit. In other words, during the interval between washdown services, the second outlet can be used to feed a secondary source where hot water is needed. This specific feature drastically reduces energy producing costs, which is good for the bottom line, as the unit is capable of producing hot water for washdown as well as providing a secondary source of hot water for other uses 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Ergonomically designed water saver nozzles and ball type swivel adapters
Our ergonomically designed water saver nozzle design as well as our ball type swivel adapters improves worker efficiency, promotes worker safety, conserves water/sanitizers and minimizes slippery surfaces caused by puddles of water left over from open ended hoses.
Our overall priority is to fully satisfy our clientele with innovative designs. In fact, we judge our performance and success not only on how well we satisfy our customers’ needs but also on the belief that our customers will ultimately determine how successful we will be.
